Counseling Approach
I believe all people, adults and children alike reach their maximized potential when provided with a safe, therapeutic environment. My approach to counseling is guided by person-centered counseling. I focus on providing a therapeutic environment for client to share concerns and facilitate growth. Most importantly I seek to develop a strong therapeutic relationship by providing genuineness, unconditional positive regard, and empathy. Overall, my goal is helping clients become aware of their ability to grow and heal.
